DRILL GRINDER
Grind the chisel edge by our drill grinder HG-III under
HOSOI (click to see the details) Technology.
The HG-III drill grinder has been designed for regrinding drills based on Hosoi technics,
such as the Dijet-Hosoi Drill, the Sandvik Delta Drill or the OSG EX-Gold Drill. However,
HOSOI point geometry can be easily shaped with regular drills, whether carbide or H.S.S.
from 1mm to 32mm without any special technique.
Drills reground on HG-III will have the following characteristics:
① Generated chips take a new trouble-free shape thanks to our radical new technology.
② Penetration speed dramatically increases. (Approximately 2 times)
③ No guide bushes or centering process necessary.
④ Long tool life assured. (Approximately 1.5 times)
