DZB-Series Heat-insulated Multi-purpose Sheds
DZB-Series is a multipurpose storage shed with high quality heat insulation, installing heat-insulated walls filled with polyurethane between the inner and outer walls on exterior walls and ceilings. Due to its high quality heat insulation, it is really useful as a stockpiling shed in a time of disaster, which stores emergency drinking water, blankets, tools, tents, rafts and other emergency supplies.

・Remarkable heat insulation is available provided by heat-insulated walls filled with polyurethane between the
inner and outer walls (22mm thick).
・Superior heat-insulating effect is available provided by heat-insulated ceilings (15mm thick) and air layer
between ceilings and roofs.

DZB-Series is capable of storing various emergency supplies with enough steel load bearing of 6,000N/m2.
□ Can be used in various ways
DZB-Series can be used not only as an emergency storage shed but also as a breast-feeding room, a changing room and an emergency toilet after emergency supplies are taken away in a time of disaster.
□ High Durability
Highly durable galvalume steel sheet (55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheet) is used for steel plates of main components facing outside such as roofs and wall panels, allowing customers to use it in a good condition for a long time.
・55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheets are surface-treated steel sheets which are high quality rolled steel sheets
coated with aluminum-zinc alloy plating. Their high durability is highly regarded by the construction market,
and they are the predominant external surface-treated steel sheet used in buildings.
・The plating layer on 55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheets is made by aluminum-zinc forming into a mesh. The
interaction between aluminum and zinc enables high resistance against corrosion and protection of the steel
