bottom during the storage and, in this case, stir the ink throughly before use.

Instruction Manual of "ART BRIGHT COLOR" Oil-based HB Type Ink

1. About ink
①"ART BRIGHT COLOR" HB type is an oil-based ink. It is suitable to print on Nylon,
Urethane and Polyester, but it is advisable to perform an advance test to see the
adhesive strength of the ink.
②Glass beads are mixed in the ink and are apt to settle to the bottom due to its specific
gravity. Be sure to stir throughly the ink before use.
③HB type is a 2-package ink with the cross-linker. Add 1.5-3% in weight of the cross-linker
to HB type ink of 100% in weight and stir them throughly. 1.5-2% of the cross-linker may be
enough in case of fabrics being important to be soft to touch, while 2-3% of the cross-linker
is required to seek for the solidity.
④The ink can achieve the viscosity of around 5000cps by adding 3-5% in weight of the dilution
against 100% of the ink.

2. About printing
①80-120 mesh guage is recommended.
②After printing, heat set the ink for 3 minutes at 80-120℃ (real temperature at the surface)
to cure. It is advisable to perform an advance test as the curing condition may change depending
on the material.

3.Caution
①Add the dilution to adjust viscosity of the ink.
②It is possible to mix different colors of "ART BRIGHT COLOR HB TYPE". Combination of the
colors may change the reflectiveness and, thus, it is advisable to perform an advance test.
③Keep out the fire when using the ink.
④Pot life after adding the cross-linker to the ink shall be around 4 hours which may change
depending on the ambient temperature.
⑤Close the cap tightly and keep the ink in a cool (around 20℃) and dark place.
⑥Try to use out the ink as soon as possible after the cap is once open.
⑦Solid contents settle to the bottom during the storage and stir the ink throughly before use.
In case of the proper preservation, there will not be any reduction of quality.

Be sure to hold the light beside your eyes and spot the material.

Instruction Manual of Retroreflective Paint "BRIGHT COAT"

Ⅰ.Features
①Retroreflective paint suitable for road, pavement and outdoor constructions.
②Water-based paint which does not contain volatile solvent causing danger of ignition and
explosion.
③Spray, brush or roller can be used as the painting tool.

Ⅱ.Directions for use
1.Surface Preparation
①Remove completely old paint, rust and stains of exhaust gas by scraper, wire brush and abrasive
paper.
②Apply fungicide to mold and dilution to oils and grease and wipe off all the dust and stains from
the surface.
③Cover the place where you don't like to be painted by masking paper and tape.
④A smooth surface must be coarsened by abrasive paper to ensure good coating adhesion.
⑤Before coating on a surface of new concrete and stucco, wait for at least 3 weeks from
completion of the works and make sure to apply first concrete sealer to the surface. It is
necessary to apply concrete sealer both for new painting and repainting.
⑥In case of repainting on a steel part, remove all the old paint and rust without fail and apply first
anti-rust paint.
⑦Select a suitable primer (sealer) for other material.
2.Undercoat
①Make sure to apply "UNDERCOAT FOR BRIGHT COAT" to ensure good reflectiveness,
concealment and adhesion.
②Stir well "UNDERCOAT FOR BRIGHT COAT" and apply it without adding dilution. Should
the surface be too hot in the summer which hinders the coating by a quick drying, you may add
some more water little by little.
③"UNDERCOAT FOR BRIGHT COAT" can be cured in one hour at 20℃ and in 30 minutes in
the summer.
3."BRIGHT COAT" Coating
①Start coating after the undercoat is fully dryed up.
